ANDREW Tate and his brother Tristan will remain in prison after they both had their release date appeals rejected.
After the court threw out both requests for house arrest, Andrew’s on Tuesday and Tristan’s on Wednesday, the misogynists will now languish in prison.
The disgraced influencer was detained more than two months ago alongside Tristan and has been going to and from the court as his legal team fights against the arrest warrant and the extensions to his detention.
Speaking after the bail hearing on Monday, Tate’s spokesperson said: “We are disappointed in this outcome as we had high hopes to see Andrew reunited with his family. His legal team will be appealing this decision within the 48hr time frame.”
