ANDREW Tate has had his request for bail DENIED by a Bucharest court today – meaning he will remain languishing in his prison cell.
The disgraced influencer was detained more than two months ago alongside brother Tristan and has been going to and from the court as his legal team fight against the arrest warrant and the extensions to his detention.
Romanian cops can keep Tate under arrest for up to 180 days – but now the disgraced influencer has had his bid to block a 30-day extension denied.
It means the misogynist will remain in prison – while his brother Tristan’s appeal will be heard tomorrow.
Speaking after the bail hearing today, Tate’s spokeperson said: “We are disappointed in this outcome as we had high hopes to see Andrew reunited with his family. His legal team will be appealing this decision within the 48hr time frame.”
