A TEENAGE boy has been stabbed to death after a group of knifeman stormed a village festival in France.
At least 17 other people have been injured in the rampage after a group armed with blades forced their way into the event in Crepol near Drome.
The injured people are all aged between 16 and 20, it has been reported.
Two of them were rushed to the emergency section of Valence Hospital by the firefighters, as were eight other injured people.
Others were reported to be in a state of shock after the horror attack.
The town has a small population of some 550 locals, out of which 400 were present at the festival.
A group forced their way inside the venue at around 2am after reportedly being denied entry.
They then started to attack people with knives – killing the 16-year-old.
The motive remains under investigation and the attackers remain on the run.
