A HUSBAND scooped two lottery jackpots on the same day – all because he was in trouble with his wife.
The lucky man, from Dapto, Australia, won more than £1million after picking up two tickets for the same draw.

He purchased the pair of identical tickets after being told off by his wife for forgetting to buy entries for the previous game.
In a bid to escape the dog house, he bought two tickets for the next draw.
To his shock, their numbers came out.
He told Lotto: “My wife has played these numbers for almost three decades and has always said they’d be drawn one day.
“Lo and behold, she kept crossing off number after number on her ticket, and once we realised we’d won $1 million (£547k) on one ticket, I thought I should probably tell her about the second identical ticket too.”
His wife said she “almost passed out” after realising they had doubled their win.
She said: “It won’t take much to make us happy.
“I can buy my daughter a house, I can set up the children and grandchildren for the future.
“Once we’ve done that, then we can enjoy whatever is left.
“I’d love to travel around Australia and see all the parts of our country I haven’t seen.”
Her husband added: “‘I can’t believe this has happened to us.”
It comes after a couple were left stunned on the school run after finding out they had become multi-millionaires – but they still went to work.
The couple, from Melbourne, Australia, won a whopping £11million.
Meanwhile, a nurse who won the lottery for a 57th time has revealed the special words another customer said to her when she bought the ticket.
Crystal Holbrook-Gazoni had a touch of luck when she had purchased the winning ticket for a £63,000 prize.
She purchased the ticket at a Kroger store in Henrico, Virginia.
And Crystal said a woman at the same supermarket counter rested a hand on her shoulder and said: “Honey, I hope you win big.”
The children’s nurse was then stunned when she arrived home with her ticket and realised she had bagged $75,000 (£63,000).
